When he was 24, Simon set up Global Tolerance, a values-driven communications agency, which he grew to become one of the leading social change agencies in the world. Over the next ten years, he worked with HH Dalai Lama, TED, HRH The Prince of Wales, was a regular Pause for Thought contributor on the Chris Evans Breakfast Show, and sparked positive coverage for social issues reaching hundreds of millions of people. In 2014, Simon gave away his £1m company for the riches of family life. He now lives in Cornwall with his wife Kate and two girls, Seren and Raya.
