Will is chief executive officer of Collectively, a media and collaboration platform created to bridge the gap between the disruptive potential of young people and the amplification power of big brands, to accelerate the shift to sustainable living. Collectively partners with 28 multinational companies including Unilever, Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, M&S and BT, and an expanding network of NGOs and change makers. Will started his career at Mars Inc, where he performed a variety of marketing roles across Europe. In 1999 he joined early web-publishing pioneer Moonfruit as marketing director. After a period of consulting, Will joined Unilever in 2008, reporting to the chief marketing officer. His recent focus was on introducing its ‘Crafting Brands for Life’ way of marketing, designed to bring deeper human insight and purpose to Unilever’s brands. Will is a non-exec director at Sightsavers, the eye health INGO.
